WPPSEF is a 501(c)3 non-profit that provides investment capital for sustainable energy projects that benefit the West Penn Power ratepayer. We are looking for innovative projects to fund through a Request for Proposals (RFP) due January 16, 2019. Our terms are flexible and we are easy to work with.
